The performance or speed of a processor depends on the some factors such as the clock rate and the instructions per cycle (IPC), which together are the factors for the instructions per second (IPS) that the CPU can perform. Processing performance of computers is increased by using multi-core processors like DUAL CORE, I3 processor, I5 processor, I7 processor and I9 processor these are the latest microprocessor which essentially is plugging two or more individual processors (called cores in this sense) into one integrated circuit .These processor offer best speed performance, greater efficiency and make systems more reliable.
